Jimmy 1984,(2021)

Jimmy 1984, (2021) is a voice narration recalling events as they occurred. This recording was played on a loop through a speaker sound system imbedded into hung ceiling panels of a gallery space. Set at a medium audible pitch, the words resonated though the space in surround sound. The work formed part of the installation of my project Evoking The Invisible Lesbian (2019-2023) exhibited in Melbourne in 2023.
